Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
